Offered for athletes year-round, PEAK provides sports performance training in both individual and group/class settings. We aim to deliver all individuals with the results required to maximize their windows of opportunity within sports by targeting long-term athletic development strategies that prove effective not for a few weeks, but for years to come. How much should they lift? Should they do plyometrics? How much is too much? These are all concerns of parents that we have the answers to. Our goal is to partner with you to help lead your athlete on a long-term athletic development system.

The body will operate within the constraints placed upon it. Therefore, we strongly believe that every rep of training develops a motor skill, whether beneficial or negative. We encourage athlete's to utilize our training methods to develop advantageous motor skills.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

PEAK offers athletic development classes for boys & girls in 3rd through 8th grade. Our classes will help young athletes develop sound training habits and work ethic, while improving their coordination, balance, speed, and strength, which will be extremely beneficial to their long-term development. 

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM for Six (6) weeks. The first class will be on July 6th, 2021, with the last class being on August 19th, 2021.

 

PEAK coaches are current and former collegiate and professional athletes who are certified and educated in sports performance training. 

 

Our mission is to instill the core values of work ethic, details, and intent into all athletes.
